Individual, effective, results-oriented: our collaborative approach

What do we want to achieve together, and what can we realistically accomplish? This question stands at the beginning of our collaboration. Your expectations and goals, along with an analysis of your current situation, form the foundation for the ongoing process. Through clearly defined steps, we develop strategies tailored specifically to you—goal-oriented, practical, and sustainably applicable.

Initial Consultation: Building trust and establishing the framework

In an initial conversation, I explain the mediation process and create a trustworthy foundation for our collaborative work.

Individual Sessions: Clarifying perspectives and needs

In confidential individual conversations, the perspectives and needs of the parties involved are discussed to strengthen readiness for conflict resolution.

Joint Meeting: Developing shared understanding

In the first joint meeting, understanding of the conflict is developed. The parties set goals and seek solutions that work for both sides.

Trial Phase: Implementing and testing agreements

The parties implement the agreements and test their effectiveness.

Follow-up: Evaluating results and making adjustments

In a follow-up session, the agreement is reviewed and adjusted if needed. The mediation is considered complete when all parties achieve satisfaction.
